Additionally, you will find more information about our warranty terms. While Petite Discrete consistently utilises premium materials, occasional defects in our items are possible. Rest assured, we take every complaint seriously.

We invest a lot of love, attention, and care into the quality of our products. That's why we have designed them to last.

We would like to share some maintenance tips with you, so you can enjoy your Petite Discrete products for as long as possible:

• Avoid moisture, grease, alcoholic products, and hand lotion. Keep your organizer beautiful and clean by occasionally gently wiping it with a damp cloth (without cleaning agents). Then allow the organizer to dry naturally.
• If you have applied an alcohol-based hand sanitiser, make sure your hands are completely dry before touching your organizer.
• Do not place your organizer in direct sunlight and avoid high temperatures.
• Metal is sensitive to moisture, water, and scratches. Therefore, try to avoid contact with these elements to keep the metal details looking beautiful.
• If you are temporarily not using your product, we recommend storing the organizer half-filled in a fabric organizer.

Snake & Croco

The snake and crocodile effect is created by applying relief to the PU leather. The result is a strong and durable material.

Ensure that your pouch does not come into contact with moisture, grease, and alcoholic liquids. These can damage the texture of the material.

Petite Discrete provides a 1-year warranty on all its products, starting from the date of purchase.
Our products are crafted with care and precision during manufacturing to meet our stringent quality standards. If, despite this, a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, the item or part of it will be reimbursed after consultation.

The following damages are not covered by the Petite Discrete warranty:

• Damage caused by loss, theft, fire, water, or UV radiation.
• Damage caused by improper use, negligence (such as bumps, dents, crushing, falls, etc.), accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages resulting from normal wear and aging (such as scratches, material wear, peeling paint, etc.).
• Please note that the value of your product may decrease over time. This is also taken into account when assessing a warranty claim.

It is only possible to file a claim for products ordered directly through the Petite Discrete website.
