Ordering

How do I place an order?

Ordering your Petite Discrete menstrual bag is easy. Follow these four simple steps in the ordering process:

  1. Add the product to your shopping cart. Go to your favourite item(s) and click 'Add to Cart'. Then you can continue shopping to view the assortment or click 'Proceed to Checkout' to complete your purchase.
  2. Fill in your details. Once you have added products to your shopping cart, you can enter your details as a guest. If you have ordered from Petite Discrete before, you can enter your login details. Your information will be retrieved from your account, so you only need to check if everything is correct. If something is incorrect, you can easily modify it.
  3. Do you have a discount code? You can enter it during the 'Checkout' overview.
  4. Secure payment. After entering your details, you can select the desired payment method. We offer various payment methods, depending on your country of residence. Finally, click 'Place Order and Pay'.

Congratulations on your purchase from Petite Discrete! Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email where you can review all the details.

I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received a confirmation email, you may have accidentally entered an incorrect email address. Check your account to see if the email address provided is correct.

It's also possible that the email ended up in your spam filter. Check your spam folder or the 'junk mail' folder to see if the confirmation email has arrived there.

How do I change my email address?

You can easily change your email address in 'My Petite Discrete'. You can find 'My Petite Discrete' in the menu (three horizontal lines at the top left of the website) and in the footer (bottom of the website).

Once you are logged in, you can update your information. Your new details will be displayed immediately.

How does pre-order work?

In some cases, it is possible to place a pre-order.

Products with a pre-order status are products that you can order and pay now, but with a longer delivery time. The specific delivery time of the product is stated on the product page.

We offer this pre-order option to ensure that you receive the product quickly once it becomes available again.

We only accept pre-orders up to the quantity we have on order.

To place a pre-order, click 'Add to Cart'.

Payment

Are the prices including VAT?

All prices listed include VAT according to the Dutch VAT rate of 21%.

Has my payment been successful?

If your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours. If you haven't received the order confirmation, please check your spam folder.

What payment options are available?

You can pay with:

  • Klarna - pay now
  • Klarna - pay later

When completing your order in 'Checkout', you can see the different payment options in the 'Payment Method' section.

All payments are processed within a secure payment environment.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Unfortunately, this is something we cannot help you with, as it is related to your credit card company. We recommend contacting them.

Delivery

How soon will I receive my order?

We have a delivery time of 2-3 working days within the Netherlands and 4-6 working days outside the Netherlands.

For expedited deliveries, you can send an email to info@petitediscrete.com.

We want you to be satisfied with the delivery of your order. That's why we partner with PostNL, a reliable delivery service. PostNL follows the following procedure:

  • You can easily track your shipment online using the PostNL Track & Trace code. Additionally, you can download the PostNL app to track your package.
  • If you're not home at the time of delivery, PostNL will attempt to deliver the package to your neighbours. If that's not possible, the package will be taken to a nearby PostNL pick-up point. You'll receive a notification from PostNL with information about the location of your package.
My order is delayed. What should I do?

It's possible that your order has experienced a delay with our delivery partner.
We advise you to keep an eye on your Track & Trace code for the most up-to-date information.

When is shipping free?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free. For international shipping, charges apply.

Are there any additional taxes?

No import duties apply for shipments within the European Union.

For shipments to certain countries outside the European Union, customs may impose import duties. Please note that these costs are your responsibility, and Petite Discrete will not take any responsibility.

Can I make changes to my placed order?

Once you've placed an order, it's not possible to make changes. This includes address changes, modifications to the ordered products, or order cancellations.

If you change your mind, you can return the products free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

Tip: If you've received your Track & Trace code, you can often still change the delivery location through our delivery service. Check the Track & Trace page of our delivery service for all the available options.

Returns

How do I initiate a return?

Returning is easy in just 4 steps:

  1. Pack the products in their original condition and packaging into a box.
  2. Place the completed return form inside the shipping box.
  3. Attach the provided return label clearly visible on the box.
  4. Take your return shipment to a PostNL point.
How do I ship a return?

To ensure fast processing of the returned product, please do the following:

  • Ensure that the items are in the original packaging, including labels and stickers, as you received them. These contain important information needed for the proper and prompt processing of your return by Petite Discrete.
  • Include the return form in the package.
  • Cut out the return label from the included return form, affix it to the box, and securely seal the box.
  • Take your return shipment to a PostNL location.
  • If you're living outside the Netherlands, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Just keep in mind that returning items is at your own risk.
When do I qualify for free returns?

We understand the importance of giving you the space to carefully consider your purchase. That's why, if you're within the Netherlands, you can return your order at no cost by using the provided return form.

However, please note that your return shipment must meet the following conditions:

  • You can return your order to us within 30 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the order. Returns received after this period cannot be accepted.
  • The product must have the original labels and stickers.
  • For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offset the damage.
  • Please return the products in undamaged packaging, preferably in the original shipping box.
  • Free returns are only applicable within the Netherlands.

Our general terms and conditions apply to the delivered products. You also have the option to utilise your right to withdraw for returns.

How will I receive the refund?

We will process your return within 14 days.

The amount will be refunded to the account used for the payment of your order.

If the purchase amount has not appeared in your account after this period, we are here to assist you further. Please contact us and provide the order number and shipping receipt.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

We strive to deliver your order without any issues.

However, if your order is incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 7 days by sending an email to info@petitediscrete.com, including one or more photos of the damaged item.

One of our staff members will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed.

However, don't worry, you do have the flexibility to return your order free of charge within the Netherlands within 30 days of receiving it.
